I cut this by a size 2T pattern. I still would size the finished garment a 3-4T. Elastic at the waist and adjustable tie at neck. Lots of hours ruffling and making this sweet little sun suit. I can make a matching bow upon request. All made from a vintage Simplicity pattern.
